So if you know an existing station which isn't listed here or if you notice that any of the listed stations got closed or changed the link to their web page and/or stream, please let me know by answering in this topic and I will edit this post as soon as possible.ĮuroTruck Radio The stream is listed in the game by default. Of course, I can not guarantee that all existing stations are listed in this post and that this post is always up to date. I will also update this post everytime I discover a new station and everytime an existing station got closed. I thought that it would be interesting and helpful for everyone to have a clear list of all existing ETS2-dedicated radio stations sorted by language and not only a topic where random stations are recommended (I know that there are already some ETS2 stations listed in there, but it's a bit hard to find them.). If you would like the original radio channel links, just remove the | and the first word after the real link, this will lead you to black page with a music player, playing live music. !!IMPORTANT!! ->:The blue links above are dead links (except the / link) and will redirect you to a white page. If you are unsure about the safety of your live_streams SII file, I recommend you duplicate the one you are currently editing and save it outside the ETS2 document file, as a backup. There are other local radios, like Beiarradioen (Radio Beiarn), Radio Melbu, Radio Alta/Alta Radio, Radio Bardufoss etc. SOME ARE UPDATED ONES, LIKE KISS, WHICH USED TO BE LISTED AS RADIO_1 ON THE RADIO PLAYER! It is life-changing to be able to listen to your preferred radio stations in either one of the games.ĮVERYONE LOOKING FOR SOME NORWEGIAN ONES, I FOUND SOME: So, I can listen to my local NPR station while driving from Portugal to Norway. Just look for the "live-streams.SII" file in your ATS folder.Īdditionally, if you find a streaming URL for a radio station you want to hear, you can add it to your live_streams.SII in either game. The process works the same for ATS, so you can listen to the BBC while in the middle of Nevada. Change this to 0 (zero) if you don't want the in-game radio to mark this as a favorite.) (Basically, "News" is the genre (you can change it to Talk, Music, etc) "EN" is the language" "128" is the bitrate" and "1" indicates a favorite (starred) station. see the README.rtf in the same folder for more details Go to "C:\Users\YOURNAMEHERE\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2"Īnd edit the Relevant station, in this case Radio 4,ĭO NOT change the other details, unless you are sure what you're doing. So, here's a link to the updated station stream list:įind the stations you want, then copy the stream (for example, for BBC Radio 4). The issue is that the URLs for the radio stations I wanted changed, and the game doesn't know what the new URL streams are when you click "Update From Internet" or whatever, it just pings the dead stream, which is why there's no sound coming from those stations. Yeah! Thanks for reaching out not only did I fix the problem, I even improved on it!
